When booking a session, you will receive a booking confirmation and invoice the week prior to your booking. Please ensure payment is sent before the session. If your preference is a cash payment, please pay on the day of the session, on arrival.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booked session time cannot be refunded or amended and full payment will be required.

Each session is booked by the hour. Lateness to the session cannot change the end time of the session. Your reservation is for the allotted time slot only.
